AI NPC Cyberpunk Mod License, version 2.0

This version applies to release 0.5.0 and later. Copies of earlier releases that you already received under version 1.2 stay under version 1.2.

1. What you may do without asking.a. Download, install and play the AI NPC Cyberpunk Mod (the "Mod") with Cyberpunk 2077, read and study its source code and documentation, and change your own installed copy for your own use.b. Make and publish mods that list the Mod as a requirement and change or extend how it works (add-ons, patches, overrides, new characters or features), as long as players still get the Mod itself from its official pages, your mod ships only the files your change needs and not a repack of the whole Mod, and you do not present the Mod as your own work.

2. Everything else needs permission. Any other copying or reuse needs prior written permission from Alystria AI. That includes:a. copying, reusing, adapting or porting the Mod's source code, documentation, data, prompts, character profiles or other files into a mod, program, tool or service that does not require the Mod, for Cyberpunk 2077 or any other game;b. uploading, mirroring, repacking or selling the Mod, or a modified version of it as a whole;c. offering the Mod, or a service based on it, to other people.To ask, contact Alystria AI through the Mod's Nexus Mods page or its GitHub repository. Permission is given case by case and only in writing.

3. Official pages. The Mod is published by Alystria AI on its Nexus Mods page and the files it links to (its Hugging Face page and its GitHub repository). The public GitHub repository is there to read, not a permission to copy beyond section 1.4. Third-party materials. This license does not replace the licenses of Cyber Engine Tweaks, RED4ext, redscript, Codeware, ArchiveXL, Mod Configuration Menu, Native Settings UI, Node.js and the Node packages the Mod ships, llama.cpp, ONNX Runtime, sherpa-onnx, Kyutai Pocket TTS and its model weights, OmniVoice and its audio tokenizer, the speech recognition and language models, VoiceStudio, the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary, fonts, or any other third-party material. Their own licenses and service terms continue to apply (see Third party notices). Cyberpunk 2077, its characters, story, models, animations, audio, voice recordings and other game assets remain the property of their respective rights holders and are not licensed under this document. No rights are granted to Alystria AI, AI NPC Cyberpunk Mod or Cyberpunk 2077 names, logos or trademarks.

5. No warranty. The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alystria AI is not liable for damages arising from its use.

This is not an open-source license.
